MagenTys was formed by the merger of IBCS-PRIMAX (a Bangladesh Development house) and Elite Testing Consultants (a UK software testing company).

The tough economic climate together with the growth in off-shoring and increasing complexities in the business world has made it increasingly difficult to find high end solutions at competitive prices.

The MagenTys business model is effectively a hybrid solution that addresses many of the weaknesses associated with the current onshore and offshore model within today’s IT industry. The low cost but high quality onshore development service is coupled with quality control, management and business intelligence provided by experienced UK consultants with strong business and technological skills.

ETC is an ISO 9001:2000 certified private limited company originally founded in 2004 and specialised in providing a high-end consultative approach for its testing and analysis solutions.

Since the start, ETC has been providing "best of breed" solutions throughout the financial sector helping organisations manage the risks associated with developing and deploying critical IT solutions across multiple technologies & business sectors.

Testing expertise includes New System Implementations, System Enhancements and System Integrations, Web Based Applications, Data Migration and Data Warehouse testing. ETC has developed bespoke methods to effectively test and deploy a data warehouse or business intelligence application for clients. These methods reduce testing costs via automation and increase the quality of the delivered application through thorough, accurate testing.

ETC clients include a number of FTSE 100 organisations and global companies in the financial services arena.
